The standard Turfmaker was designed for seeding grasses and lawn mixtures. It is ideal for sod and turf producers, or anyone who wishes to seed large areas at precise rates. Micro-meter adjustment permits precise metering with an infinite number of settings. All pick-up models are designed for Category II lift. Hydraulic transport is standard on pull type models. Cylinders and hoses (less couplers) to the hitch point included. 15" x 5" rims are standard. Seeder comes factory assembled except for drawbar and rims. Includes Warning Lift Kit. Tires not included. The standard Turfmaker may have difficulty metering the newer varieties of fine or hard fescues. For mixtures with fine or hard fescues we recommend the Turfmaker II High Capacity Seeders. |

TURFMAKER 11

The Turfmaker II features a large seedbox and new "High Capacity Meters." It is designed for feeding high volumes of grasses and lawn mixtures. It is ideal for sod and turf producers, or anyone who wishes to seed large areas. The seed meters spaced at a nominal 4 1/4" provide uniform placement of seed across the full width of the seeder. Brillion's new "High Capacity Metering System" allows seeds to be metered at rates from approximately 18 to 350 pounds per acre for Tall Fescue and from 18 to 294 pounds per acre for Kentucky Bluegrass. These rates may also be doubled by changing sprockets. The box profile and close seed meter spacing virtually eliminates bridging within the seedbox. Standard equipment includes an electric clutch, safety light kit, and rear walkboard.
A small seed box may be ordered with the seeder for metering small seeds at lower rates. This box is equipped with the same MICRO-METER system that we have used on the regular Turfmaker Seeder.
All pick-up models have Category II lift. Hydraulic transport is standard on pull type models. Cylinders and hoses are included. Seeder comes factory assembled except for drawbar and rims. Recommended tire size 7.60 x 15-6 ply. for SL-208 and 11L x 15 for SL-210 and SL-212. Tires not included. |

Turfmaker Junior was designed to deliver all of the benefits of the Turfmaker II while still being able to maneuver around tight areas. It is available in four-foot and six-foot wide models with Category I three-point hitch. This seeder is ideal for Landscape and Vineyard seeding or for anyone who needs high volume seeding with maximum maneuverability. Turfmaker Junior's "High Capacity Metering System" allow seeding at rates from approximately 26 to 502 pounds per acre for Tall Fescue and from 26 to 422 pounds per acre for Kentucky Blue Grass. Changing sprockets on the standard speed-up kit can double these rates. Transporting is made easy with the optional Lift Sling Kit. |

BRILLION TURFMAKER
OVERSEEDER
This PTO driven, three point mounted, overseeder will seed into existing stands of grass and establish new turf. Precise seed placement and seed to soil contact make this the ideal tool for repairing lawns, parks and athletic fields. the 2-9/32" spacing allows the rear seeder wheels to follow exactly in the notch created by the knives. This creates the greatest level of soil to seed contact which insures better germination.
