Brillion’s New Mid-Size Sub-Soiler
Delivers Performance on a Budget

BRILLION, Wis. (September 21, 2001) – Brillion’s new mid-size 2- and 3-Shank Sub-Soilers deliver performance and durability, and they fit nicely in most budgets.

Designed as a companion to Brillion’s 1- and 2- Shank Sub-Soilers, the 2- or 3-shank models loosen compacted soil down to 21-inches, using a narrow 90-inch frame design. The double bar, all welded structural steel frame, allows infinite spacing up to 80 inches between shanks on a 2-shank model and 40-inches on a 3-shank model.

The 90-inch wide machine features a Category II three point that is Quick Coupler compatible. The narrow, overall width and three-point mount allows this tool to fit through narrow openings, transport easily and turn in a small area.

Sub-Soiler construction features heavy-duty shank clamps, tough ductile iron shanks with reversible wear strips and 2-inch wide points. The 5-inch by 7-inch double tube frame has 3/8-inch thick walls. Shanks are protected with 5/8-inch Grade 5 shear bolts.

The 3-Shank Sub-Soiler comes with a choice of standard length or high-clearance shanks. Standard shanks offer maximum penetration of 16 inches and provide 29 inches of under-frame clearance. High-clearance shanks offer 21 inches of penetration and 35 inches of under-frame clearance.
